Organisations

Civil air traffic services are provided by national and regional organisations. There is no single worldwide employer.

A controller applies to the organisation that staffs the unit. That may be a government agency, a state-owned provider, or a company. An announcement from one of them does not describe the service, or the hiring, at another.
